He was predeceased by: his grandson James Frank; and his brother Douglas Frank (June). He is survived by: his wife Delores; his children, Chuck Frank and Anne Frank; his grandchildren, Timothy Frank (Beth), Michael Livingston (Ashley), Thomas Livingston and Steven Livingston (Amy); and his brother Daniel Frank (late Shirley). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
