She was predeceased by: her husband Duane; her parents, Erdene Hempstead and L. D. Hempstead; her sister JoAnn Horton; and her brothers-in-law, Truman Horton and Jim Cochran.
She is survived by: her siblings-in-law, Dale Salswedel (Jan) and Judy Cochran; her children, DuAnne Salswedel (Cook), Debra Dearing and Darrin Salswedel (Lily); her grandchildren, Christy Cook, Katelyn Perry (Jon), Zoe Salswedel and Trey Salswedel; and her great grandchild Aiden Perry.
The Salswedel family is requesting unvaccinated guests to please wear a mask.
