He is survived by: his children, Bill (Heather Black), Shylo Black of Owosso, MI, Thomas Black (Sky Deweese), Chad (Ashley Steck) and Dennis Steck of Ohio; his grandchildren, James, Kylee Black, Leah, Mia Steck, Dalton Otto, Nathan Black, Olivia Sheldon and Delante Black; and his siblings, Rick Tobias of Owosso, MI, Calvin Cook of Wolverine, MI, Dave (Marcia Black) and Bonnie Flanner of Arkansas. He is also survived by many other friends and family.
