He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Spencer and Louise Spencer (Milliman). He is survived by: his wife Sheri; his children, Teresa Osteyee (Skip), Rocky Spencer and Rodney Spencer; his grandchildren, JJ Osteyee (Keri), Jennifer Spire (Jack), Rachel Osteyee, Sylvia Compton (Justin), Rocky Spencer II, Erica Spencer and Shane Spencer; his great grandchildren, Cheyenne, Joseph, Danielle, Brianna and Layla Spencer; his grandchildren, Penelope, Maisie Osteyee, Ajax, Maeve, Magnus Spire and Vivvian Compton; and his brother Glen Spencer.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Nelson-House Funeral Home (120 E Mason St, Owosso, MI 48867). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
