He is survived by: his wife Sheri; his children, Teresa Osteyee (Skip), Rocky Spencer and Rodney Spencer; his grandchildren, JJ Osteyee (Keri), Jennifer Spire (Jack), Rachel Osteyee, Sylvia Compton (Justin), Rocky Spencer II, Erica Spencer and Shane Spencer; his great grandchildren, Cheyenne, Joseph, Danielle, Brianna and Layla Spencer; his grandchildren, Penelope, Maisie Osteyee, Ajax, Maeve, Magnus Spire and Vivvian Compton; and his brother Glen Spencer.
