She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Smith and Elizabeth Smith (Webber); her husband Donald Hornus of Owosso; her siblings, Charles, Carl, Jack and Virginia; and her grandson Jimmy Clover.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony Hornus (Betsy), Gerilyn Hornus-Shinabery, Kimberly Clover, Jami Jo Thornton (Duane) and Donald Hornus Jr.; her grandchildren, Trent (Nicole), Traci Hornus, Sara Warren (Brian), Tara Borrego (Antonio), Moriah Kadwell (Ken), Jenny Clover and Mitchell Clover (Becca); and her great grandchildren, Emma Hornus, Logan Anthony Maupin, Lily, Sofia Borrego, Chloe Hall (Danny), Brian Jr., Jake Warren, Nathaniel (Cristian), Noah Thornton (Alyssa), Danny Clover, Shelby and Riley Clover. She is also survived by great-great grandchild, Meadow Clover; many nieces, nephews and friends.
Memorial contributions in Thelma's name are suggested to Countryside Gospel Church, Corunna, VFW Post 4005 Women's Auxiliary, where she was a member or St. Jude Children's Research.
