She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Cooper and Nellie Cooper (Lamphere); her son Jeremy Holzhausen; her sister Judy Hall; her former husband John Holzhausen; and her husband Milton Salisbury.
She is survived by: her son Michael Salisbury; her sister Sandra Herrick; and her grandsons, Mick Hutchinson and Nicholas.
