He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Hodges and Sandra Hodges (Nelson). He is survived by: his wife Gerry Rutherford; his stepchildren, John Call (Kathy), Henry Call (Jessica), Andrew Wright and MaryKate Wright-Burger (Jeremiah); his grandsons, Abraham, Grant, Logan and Jackson; and his siblings, Tammy Bartz (Dean), Debra Webber (Steve) and Randy Hodges. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many loving family members and friends.
