The memory of Shirley Morrow of Owosso, Michigan, born in Bassett, Nebraska, who passed away on January 19, 2025 at the age of 91, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. Though Shirley may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Shirley touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ora Litz and Anna Marie Litz. She is survived by: her husband Max; and her children, Kevin (Vicki), Nick, Brent (Jennifer) and Chris. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Nelson-House Funeral Home (120 E Mason St, Owosso, MI 48867). A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Spring Vale Christian School (4150 M-52, Owosso, MI 48867). A burial will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at the Oakwood Cemetery (2820 W Bennington Rd, Owosso, MI 48867).
