He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Thomas and Doreen M. Hawkins (Wilcox); his sister Susan Tate; and his sister-in-law Brigette Hawkins. He is survived by: his siblings, Linda Oman (Jeff) and Craig Hawkins (Lynette); and his girlfriend Stella Bancroft. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
