It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Ware Plumbley Jr. of Owosso, Michigan, who passed away on December 25, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Ware Plumbley, Sr. and Pauline S. Plumbley (Strauss); and his significant other Delinda. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Diana and Stephen; his daughter-in-law Darla; his children, Janet Nichols (Pat) and Michael Limbaugh; and his grandchildren, Eric, Beau, Rosco, Wyatt, Peyton, Connor and Chase Limbaugh.
