He is survived by: his children, Richard Varco, Jr., Tera Ragan (Isaac) and Autumn Romanczuk; his grandchildren, Dante Barton, Dustin Varco, Sophia Ragan, Brooklyn Dennis (Varco), Lauryn Ragan, Micah Ragan, Anna Ragan and Maxwell Ragan; and his siblings, Debbie Meyers (Doug), Patti Borton, Vicky Burl and Robbie Burl (Holly). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
