He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Rae Bonyman; his parent Sharon Taylor (Carroll); his children, Chassidy Martin (Mark Crumbaugh) and Jeremy Martin (Samantha); and his grandchildren, Natalie Martin and Blaze Crumbaugh.
