Starr of Owosso, Michigan, born in Atlas, Michigan, who passed away on February 28, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Lucille Decker; his children, Debbie Kane (Andy), Denise King (Dennis), Carolyn McLean, Susan Ethridge (Jerry), Jean Flewelling and Jill Hall (Scott); his great grandchildren, Carter, Leo, Crew, Benjamin, Beau, Bella, Caroline, Audrey, Gracie, Gage, Tyler, McKayla, Nova, Rylee, Harper, Raylin and Lainey; his siblings, Wayne Starr (Verlyne) and Mary Lynn Patterson (Merlin); and his friend Tom Oginsky.
