Morene Grace Horvath Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Morene Grace Horvath of Owosso, Michigan, who passed away on January 23, 2025 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnet Cole and Grace Cole (Underwood); her husband Frank Horvath; and her brother Arnet Cole. She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Honold (Michael), Christine Cheney (Roger), Kathleen VanDyke (Joseph) and Patricia May (Marvin); and her grandchildren, Nicholas Honold (Sonia), Amanda Honold, Matthew Cheney (Brooke), Alexander Cheney, Nathan VanDyke, Eric VanDyke (Alyssa Stinson), Kristen VanDyke and Ryan May.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A rosary was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Nelson-House Funeral Home (120 E Mason St, Owosso, MI 48867). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church (915 E Oliver St, Owosso, MI 48867).
