It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mildred L. Minton Samson (Owosso, Michigan), born in Jellico, Tennessee, who passed away on March 14, 2024, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Douglas and Flossie Douglas (Bolton); her husbands, Albert Minton and Duiane Samson; and her brother Clyde Douglas (Sonny).

She is survived by: her children, Jim Minton (Jackie), Jeff Minton (Debbie), Charlotte Minton and Lynette Phillips (Douglas); and her stepchildren, Bob Samson (Linda), Vickie Snyder (Bob), Kim Samson and Leann Samson. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren,; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
