She is survived by: her parent Brenda Smithingell; her daughters, Lillian, Avalynn and Olivia; her siblings, Courtney Westphal (Timothy), Wayne Amburgey (Stacie) and Branden Smithingell; and her close friends, Cassie, Megan, Jodi, Tara, Kennadie and Trenda. She is also survived by cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
