He is survived by: his mother Phyllis Forsythe (Gurden) of East Lansing; his wife Wendy Forsythe; his sons, Eric John, Mark Forsythe (Leslie) of Haslett, Joseph Forsythe (Cal) of Owosso, Joshua Forsythe and Travis Forsythe (Taylor Dimoff) of Utica; his grandchildren, Joseph, Daniel, David and Harper Forsythe; and his siblings, John Forsythe (Cindy) of Ovid, Heather Forsythe of Columbus and Mary Lupu of Morrice, MI.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
