She was predeceased by: her parents, Lambert Inhulsen and Hendrina Inhulsen (Molenaar); her former husband Harvey "Jack" Whisman; her son Mark Whisman; her granddaughter Breanna Hurd; and her siblings, Rena Schwartz, Johanna Inhulsen and Lambert Inhusen.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald Schaar; her children, Kim Walworth (Elmer), Chris Whisman and Kevin Whisman (Kim); and her siblings, Dennis Inhulsen (Jane), Carol Inhulsen, Joek Plomp, Dave Schwartz and Darlene Crandall (Len). She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
