He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Kitchen and Illah Love (Bradley). He is survived by: his wife Sally Kitchen; his daughters, Karen Chapman (Rod) and Karla Luchenbill (Scott); his grandchildren, Jarrod, Leslee Chapman, Jenna Basalone, Megan, William Nippert and Allison Luchenbill; his great grandchildren, Nora, Ezra Chapman, Anthony Basalone Jr. and Faith Basalone; his great great grandchild Atlen Huss (Nippert); his siblings, Jon Love (Gail), Russ Love (Julie), Robin Love Bowman, Sharon Olsen (Elder), Pauline Merko, Connie King, Sandi Dobbs (Tony) and Jim Kitchen; and his caregiver Linda Jacques.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Nelson-House Funeral Home (120 E Mason St, Owosso, MI 48867). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Memorial Health Care Home Hospice.
