With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Spindler of Owosso, Michigan, born in Bad Axe, Michigan, who passed away on March 1, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alice Shoemaker (Bolly) and Calvin Shoemaker; and her daughters, Jennifer and Jeri. She is survived by: her significant other John Spindler; her friend Mary Kendall Mallory; her children, John Calvin Spindler and Janet Spindler (Elissa Pryor); her grandchildren, Cameron, Samuel and Natalie Goulooze; and also Dan.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the John and Joan Spindler 4-H Sportsmanship Award.
