He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Evans (Laurel) and Nancy Rees (Bill Maurer); his stepbrother Brad Evans; his brother-in-law Jack Bower; and his grandson Legand Scherer.
He is survived by: his wife Cheri; his children, Miranda Nethaway (Mike), Veronica Scherer (Adrian), Jeffery Evans (McKinizie Kopicko) and Summer Evans (Charles Breton); and his grandchildren, Logan, Lilly, Liberty, Leo, Leroy, Jack, Brantley, Mason, Kolton, Raelynn, Braxton and Luca. He is also survived by many siblings, friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Nelson-House Funeral Home (120 E Mason St, Owosso, MI 48867). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
