He was predeceased by: his parents, James Blaha and Mildred Blaha (Miculka); his son Christopher; his sister Barbara Goodwin; and his parents-in-law, Bryce and Ruth Hoshield.
He is survived by: his sons, Michael (Daisy), Joshua (Bobbi Craig) and Matt (Mandy); his wife Jeanne Hoshield; his grandchildren, Madeline (A. J. Ferzo), Lilly (Nick Wooley), Bryce, Emmy Lou and Mitchell; his siblings, Daniel Blaha (Gena) and Kathy Coe; and his sisters-in-law, Sharie Sievert (Frank Charvat) and Vickie Hoshield. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Fireman Memorial or Salem Lutheran Church.
