He is survived by: his parents, Fredrick Cummings and Karen Cummings (Maurer); his sisters, Jennifer Sam (Scott) and Marisa Choularias (Tassos); his nieces, Ella, Abigail and Emma Sam; his nephew Parker Sam; and his aunts and uncles, Cheryl (Bill Cummings), Peggy (Eldon Geren), Don (Nancy Rathbun), Tammy (Ken McGhee) and Dan (Denise Cummings).
