With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jacqueline Cook (Owosso, Michigan), born in Detroit, Michigan, who passed away on May 9, 2023 at the age of 91. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jacqueline Cook to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold William Priebe and Clara Stewart Priebe; her husband Bruce Cook; and her brother Gerald Priebe. She is survived by: her sons, Paul Cook (Laurie Caszatt Cook) and Thomas Cook (Anna Owens); her grandchildren, Bailey Leppert (Thomas), Isaac Cook, Abigail Cook (Eduard Heijkoop) and Augustus Cook (Krystal Marsh); her nephew Michael Priebe; her nieces, Robin Reneau, Geraldine Priebe and Patricia Priebe; and her great-nieces, Mary, Jackie and Kathy Reneau.

Memorial contributions are suggested to Christ Episcopal Church, the Shiawassee Family YMCA, or the Friends of the Shiawassee River.

“Paul & Tom, Please accept my condolences. Just got word of your Mom's passing a few weeks ago (and also your Dad's passing last October). They were old family friends from when my parents were living in Port Huron in the 1950s. I remember several family visits in Mich and Wisc when we were growing up. You hosted me at your Niles house for a week in about 1969 or so, and your dad showed us the campus in Ann Arbor in the fall of 1976 when my brother & I were applying. Best to you, Doug Wermuth”
