He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Horn and Edna Horn (Curtis); his sisters, Patricia Chamberlain and Joan Parks; and his son-in-law Don McMinn.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Horn; his children, Jill Horski (Ed), Vicki McMinn, Jerry M. Horn and Tammy DeRoche (Steve); his grandchildren, Jason, Luke, Ned, Dylan, Braden, Heather, Krystal and Garret; and his sister Thelma Goodrich. He is also survived by 9 Great-Grandchildren.
