He was predeceased by: his aunt Marsha Rainey; his cousin Jodi Rainey; and his grandparents, Marshall, Alice McCollum, Hudson and Marian Downing.
He is survived by: his parents, James Arthur and Kathryn Marie Noonon (McCollum); his brother David (Kathleen); and his nieces, Anna Noonon-Davis (Caleb) and Mikayla Carr.
