It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Ann Austin (Owosso, Michigan), who passed away on November 29, 2024, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ada Scriven and William Scriven; and her sister Ruth. She is survived by: her daughter Lorraine; her family Doris; her pet Pearl; and her caregivers, Monica Ayres, Patty Bixby, Julie Burdick, Shelley Collard, Sarah Dankert, Stephanie Edson, Paula Harding, Rhonda Rowell, Gail Rowley and Chela Wines. She is also survived by three children, three grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
In lieu of sending flowers, Doris' family requests that you give to Memorial Healthcare Hospice, to your favorite charity in her name, or do an unexpected and unsolicited act of kindness for a less fortunate individual.
