She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Kimmel and Anna Kimmel (Harrison); her former husband Jack Shook; her children, Kenneth Shook and Becky Miller; and her sisters, Gloria Robinson and Cathy Albring.
She is survived by: her children, Jackie Middleton (Green), Jeff Shook (Janet), Joseph Shook, Harlyn Shook (Miriam) and Joshua Shook (Kori); her son-in-law David Miller; and her siblings, Janice Cuellar (Ralph), Jenny Smith and Billy Shoults (Karen). She is also survived by 94 Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren and Great-Great-Grandchildren.
