He was predeceased by: his wife Pat; his parents, Harold Vaughn and Marion Vaughn (Miller); and his brother Robert Vaughn. He is survived by: his children, Rex Vaughn (Sharon), Jill Garling (Chet), Carol Vaughn (Dean Smith) and Tad Vaughn (Jane).
