She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Worthington and Francis Worthington (Lindburg); her daughter Vicki Cleveland; and her brother Larry Worthington. She is survived by: her children, Linda Luchenbill (Russ), Kathy Dowdy, Jeff Davis, Jennifer Hernandez and Jill Bowman. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; 4 sisters; 2 brothers; many nieces, nephews and other family and friends.
