Matthew Allen left this world on April 5, 2025 at the age of 84, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lymburner and Fern Lymburner (Chambers); and his siblings-in-law, Oralu Lymburner, Liz Lymburner, Bill Vaundrane and Richard Pritchard.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Schenk (Bridget) of Kentucky and Ellen Carter (Bob) of Owendale; his grandchildren, Kevin Bucholtz, Derek Bucholtz, Kendra Ray II (Jeff), Rachel Mohamed and Gabriel Mohamed; his great grandchildren, Zoey Wright, Penelope Bucholtz, Drake Bucholtz, Benjamin Johnson, Dajai Johnson and Jeffery Scott Ray III; and his siblings, Mark Lymburner, John Lymburner (Jeanette), Luke Lymburner (Liz), Frances Jane Vaundrane and Martha Pritchard. He is also survived by twenty-five nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Calendar Kranz Funeral Home (6850 Main St, Cass City, MI 48726). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the Potter's House Christian Church of Cass City.
