It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cathy Sue Ruthenberg of Owendale, Michigan, who passed away on December 14, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Clifford Jacoby; her grandparents, Henry, Lydia Jacoby, Ferdinand and Myrtle Adamczyk; her parents-in-law, Arno G. and Adele Ruthenberg; and her uncle Erwin Houthoofd.
She is survived by: her mother Carolyn Jacoby (Adamczyk); her husband Arno E. Ruthenberg; her sons, Zachri (Erin) of Ithaca and Jordan of Owendale; her grandchildren, Marley and Macie of Ithaca; her stepfather Dale Willer of Bay City; her siblings, Beth Kuhl (Philip) of Sebewaing and Mark Jacoby (Deana) of Akron; and her close friends, Marge Becker and Marion Kuhl.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 22nd 2023 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 23rd 2023 at 11:00 AM at the St. Peter's Lutheran Church (5129 French Rd, Unionville, MI 48767).
