She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Isaac and Thelma Irene LaBeau (Evans); her husband Russell Edwin Waters; and her siblings, Richard LaBeau, Jeanette Lyons (Floyd), Doris Owen (William), Charles LaBeau (Jan), Wayne LaBeau (Marialice) and David LaBeau.

She is survived by: her children, Edwin Waters (Michele) of Bradenton, FL and Diane Coon (Charles) of Atlanta, MI; her grandchildren, Melanie Schemanski (Tim), Christopher Waters (Heather), Becky Johnson (Sean), Nathan Coon (Katelynn), Zachary Coon (Kara) and Nicholas Coon (Ann); and her sister-in-law Nancy LaBeau. She is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.

Memorials may be made to Shepardsville United Methodist Church or Alzheimer's Association.
