He was predeceased by: his parents, Placido Romero and Paula Romero (Berlanda); his son Samuel Romero, Jr.; and his siblings, Victor, Elias, Max, Louis and Lola.
He is survived by: his former wife Sharon Kay Parker; his wife Sharon Romero of Ovid, MI; his son Sidney Romero (Brenda) of Ovid, MI; his grandchildren, Jillian Morris, Jamian Romero, Sidney Romero Jr. (Rebecca), Michael Clemons (Ashley) and Jocelyn Clemons (Eric Jenkins); his brother Narciso Romero (Felipa); and his sisters-in-law, Linda Lake (Rick) and Laura Johnson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the family for a donation to be made in Sam's memory to Memorial Healthcare in Owosso.
