He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Virginia and Mary Virginia (Jones); and his brother Clifford Powell. He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Andruskiewicz; his sons, Ronald A. Powell (Stacey) and Donald C. Powell (Amanda); his grandchildren, Veronica, Sean and Nicholas Powell; and his sister Pamela Cortese.
