He was predeceased by: his parents, Olen Judd and Evelyn Viola Gallagher (Smith); his wife Edna Elizabeth LaFountain (Walsh); his grandchildren, Shelbie Peters and Eric Perry; and his siblings, Les Smith, Garry Gallagher (Kathy), Barbara Iler (James) and James Gallagher (Mary).
He is survived by: his children, Ronna Gallagher, Lisa Peters, Jeff Gallagher (Kathy), Kristin Lance (Troy Tatroe), Cynthia LaFountain, Vicky Pumford (Daniel), Barbara Nethaway (Glen), John LaFountain (April) and Teresa Hornbeck (Darryl); and his brother John Gallagher (Jerilou). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
