She is survived by: her husband Adam Koutz; her children, Quinn Koutz, Emme Koutz and Hannah Koutz of Ovid; her parents, Robert Veltman and Wendy Veltman; her brother Rob Veltman (Shannon); her nephew Jonah Veltman; her niece Riley Veltman; and her father-in-law Jerry Koutz. She is also survived by grandparents, a large extended family, and many special friends.
