She was predeceased by: her parents, Huber Tamlyn and Gladys Tamlyn (Metcalf); her husband Osmond Smith II; her brothers, James Tamlyn and Arthur Tamlyn; and her daughter-in-law Melanie Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Dyleen Lucier (Darell), Teresa Ayers (Russell), Osmond "Jack" Smith III (Lindsey), Michael Smith (Jodi) and Sara Fender (Gary); and her siblings, Phil Tamlyn (Pat), Susan Boutell (late Jerry), Bonnie Palmer (late Fred), Jacquelyn Jones (Lee) and Sharon Davis. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, plant a flower or a tree in her memory, or memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer's Association.
