She was predeceased by: her husband Duane Wesley Fruchey; her sons, Barrie Fruchey and Christopher Fruchey; her grandson Jacob Fruchey (Elizabeth); and her brothers, Robert and Larry Wolfe.
She is survived by: her children, Jill Sloat (Jim) and Daniel Fruchey (Dana); her daughters-in-law, Barbara Fruchey and Lynn Fruchey; and her grandchildren, Dee Ann Jacobs (Colt), René Jackson (Mike), Nikki Hornbrook (Andy), Rebecca Miller (Mark), Sandra Frink (Thomas), Vicki Woodbury (Jake), Jeff Fruchey (Mandy), Benjamin Fruchey (Carrie), Matthew J. Fruchey, Kathryn Fruchey (Michael Carriera), Matthew Trumble (Tracy) and Andraya Wells (Andrew).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are encouraged in her name to the Ovid Public Library.
