He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Clark and Evelyn Clark (Barclay); his daughters, Toni Sanderson and Connie McAlister; and his brothers, Thomas, Glenn Clark and Howard Decker.
He is survived by: his former wife Eva Lucille Wallace (Louth); his wife Lucille Clark; and his children, Kay Hammond, Mike Hammond, Susan Dourlain, Jerry Ann Kimmel and Judy Heinig. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
