He was predeceased by: his parents, Emery Price and Elizabeth Price (Walter); his siblings, Harry Price and Mary Taylor; his close friend Dick Loynes; and his daughter Nahla (Shih-Tzu).

He is survived by: his daughters, Shannon Thornton, Sabrina (Jeffery Longoria), Shilo Burgess (Michael Reno) and Shelby (Doug Pumford); his grandchildren, Canyon, Chaycen, Noah, Kiah (TJ), Owen, Connor, Cash, Allie, Brady, Cooper, Ashley (JR) and Caleb; his sister Carol (Doug Fox, family: Chris, Lacey Tyler); his brother-in-law Donald Taylor; and his nieces and nephews, Bryce, Kyran and Cohen. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Memorials may be made to the wishes of the family.
