It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dennis Whitney of Ovid, Michigan, born in Alpena, Michigan, who passed away on November 23, 2020, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon E. Whitney and Helen M. Whitney (Wenz); and his siblings, Edward Whitney and Sharon Skiba. He is survived by: his wife Darcy Jane Rockershousen; his daughters, Carrie Pinckney (Bradley) of Lansing and Donna Henige (Tyler) of New Lothrop; his grandson Brayden Henige; and his siblings, Steve Whitney (Lisa), Marty Whitney and Kathi Cubilo (Jim).
