He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel C. Anderson and Dorris Jean Anderson (Morehouse); his son Zachary Thomas Anderson; his brother Tim Anderson; and his close friend Kevin Gordon.
He is survived by: his friends, Nancy Shaver, Samantha Gordon, Russell Thornton, John Wilber, Mark Vaas, Scott Looney, Jeff Aseltine and Al Brandal; his daughter Shannen Accord of Owosso, MI; his daughter-in-law Cassandra Anderson; his siblings, Karen Anderson (Doug Foster), John (Paulette Anderson), Phyllis (Gordon Squier), Jan Anderson and Eric (Susan Anderson); his sister-in-law Sandy Anderson; and his grandchildren, Jaqueline, Krystal, Shelbey, Thomas, Mia, Cameron and Samantha.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Smith Family Funeral Homes to help with Dennis' funeral expenses or to Sparrow Hospice in Lansing, MI.
