It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clarence Franklin VanHaun of Ovid, Michigan, born in Belding, Michigan, who passed away on March 26, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd VanHaun and Helen Galbraith (Miller); his grandmother Inez VanHaun; and his brother Roger VanHaun. He is survived by: his wife Marissa VanHaun of Ovid, MI; his daughters, Sue Anne Behrens-Rausch (Darrin Rausch), Tamara VanHaun of Elsie, MI and Marcie (Michael Hanna); his grandchildren, Amanda, Tyler, Justin, Brianna, Miranda and Brandy; his sister A. Jane (Buzz Sawyers); his niece Sonja; and his nephew Keith Homer of Elsie, MI.. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Elsie Food Pantry, Elsie Lions Club or Habitat for Humanity.
