He is survived by: his wife Susan Holloway; his children, Kevin Miner (Ann), William Miner (Kayanna), Carrie Kamicka and Justin Miner; and his brother Dennis Miner (Marilyn). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
