He is survived by: his children, Jessica Hayes (Paul), Jamie Hayes (Charlie) and Ronnie Mardlin (Jen); and his siblings, Karla Pettett (John), Kenny Hayes (Lynell), Mike Hayes and Matt Hayes. He is also survived by several grandchildren, and a few great-grandchildren.
