He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Barber and Geraldine Barber. He is survived by: his wife Gina Barber; his children, Amy Acosta (Nicholas), David Barber Jr. (Kate) and Jacob Barber (Katie); his grandchildren, Caleb, Niko, Lucas, Noah, Bruce, Nash, Natalie, Noelle, Lily, Jacob, Beckett, Mia and Claire; his siblings, Ben Barber III (Diana), Carol Tracy (late Jack), Matthew Barber (Tracey Maxwell) and Sally (Tom); and his pet Winnie.
