He was predeceased by: his parents, Mabel Caster and George Caster; his brother George; and his stepchildren, Steve, Tammy and Ben Ragan.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his son Craig Caster (Bridget); his daughter-in-law Suzanne Ragan; and his grandchildren, Noah, Drew, Nate, Braden Caster, Steve (Mandy), Lucas, Matthew, Deric, Cooper and Emma Ragan.
