With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lillian Carol Butler of Ottawa Lake, Michigan, who passed away on June 27, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Smith and Mary Smith (Nemeth); her son Thomas Carroll (James C. Butler); her siblings, Viola Schultz, Wilma Heiple and William Smith; and her stepson Wesley Butler.
She is survived by: her husband James Butler; her children, Anthony (Maureen Carroll), Franklin (Regina Carroll), Rick Carroll of Michigan and Velma (Chris Lewis); her stepdaughter Tammy Lolley of Florida; her siblings, Roberta Mayfield of Oregon, Jospeh of Florida and Pat Smith of Florida; her grandchildren, Angel Carroll, Frank Carroll, Tony Carroll, Thomas Carroll, David Carroll, Jacklyn "Jackie" Carroll, Rick Carroll, Kennedy, Carter Vrooman, Kirsten Davis, Chris Lewis II, Chandler Lewis, Catelynn Lewis and Carter Lewis; and her stepgrandsons, Cason and Carleton Owens. She is also survived by several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
