He is survived by: his grandson Bodhi; his wife Jan Clark; his son Dr. Brian Adamski (Ashly); his granddaughter Lydia; his siblings-in-law, Jean Mauthe, Joan Clark, Mildred Clark, June Ostertag and Jim Clark; and his friend Jim Heilner.
